Night Walk Monotype

This is an image from a walk along the coast path and beach at Kippford as night was falling it was a very beautiful evening, the light was amazing dark and vividly bright all at the same time.

Quarry Monotype

I was recently impressed with the colours and patterns of the rocks in the quarry we saw when walking on a recent trip to Snowdonia I have started with some monotypes but would like to develop the images into larger paintings.

Low Tide Monotype

I have recently been working on some monoprints using sketches and photos gathered on recent trips to the Scottish side of the Solway Coast.This print is based on the patterns the sea leaves in the sand around the rock pools when the tide is out.
